SPSS: Getting Residuals for a Multilevel Model (Linear Mixed Effects Model)

If you run a multilevel model (linear mixed effects model, hierarchical linear model) you have to check the assumptions. For that you need residuals, and in a multilevel model those residuals are on different levels of the analysis.

This video tutorial demonstrates how to access residuals on all levels for a multilevel model with SPSS, allowing you to check the assumptions (e.g., normality).
